Lindy Jam – Bring a Friend Edition

This upcoming Lindy Jam is all about friendship, connection, and new experiences – it is our Bring a Friend Edition! We will start with a beginner workshop. Absolutely no previous dance experience necessary! After this we will also have a second open-level workshop, which should be friendly for people who just did the beginner workshop, but also fun for people who have a little more Lindy Hop experience.

After the workshop we invite you to share your favorite dish with your friends, during the potluck dinner. An in case you have not had enough socializing for one night, make sure to stay for the social dance, where you can put your newly learned moves to the test.

Ready to share the joy of dancing? Bring a friend to the upcoming Tango Café, where we will kickstart the night with a beginner-friendly workshop by our lovely teachers Chi and Semina. After we learned some moves to be ready to hit the dance floor with confidence, we share a meal together. The night will continue with social dancing, exploring the elegance and the passion of tango, where everyone is welcomed to join.

Everyone, student or not, from the very advanced to the complete beginner, is welcome to come dance. This evening we also have our Potluck Community Dinner, in which we bring some food to share with each other. If you would like to enjoy some drinks and food from our bar, you can either bring something to share or make a donation!

D.S.D.A. Blue Suede Shoes is a dance association by students for everyone passionate about dancing. One of our goals is to encourage new Argentine Tango dancers to start dancing socially. And where better than at our monthly Tango Café. We offer a warm atmosphere and a nice dance floor at a slightly underground location for a great evening.
