Tango Café October 2023

It is the month of October, and that means the month of Halloween! Join us in this spoooky edition, where it will all be about dressing up and making yourself (un)recognisable. Put your best tango foot forward, as the person with the best costume will of course be rewarded with a prize! TDJ Thanasis will make sure we have a great time on the dance floor, and if you’re taking a short break, make sure to nibble on some tasty spooky snacks!

We have a special treat for you as well! Genevieve from Jetuelle will be present this evening, and will bring both clothing (women) and shoes (men and women) for you to check out. If you’re looking for something new and custom made, what better opportunity than now?!
If interested, please email your shoe size to tango@dsda.nl so that Genevieve is prepared and able to bring a nice selection.

Joining for the Tango Potluck? Bring something to share!

Everyone, student or not, from the very advanced to the complete beginner, is welcome to come dance. This evening we also have our Potluck Community Dinner, in which we bring some food to share with each other. If you would like to enjoy some drinks and food from our bar, you can either bring something to share or make a donation!

D.S.D.A. Blue Suede Shoes is a dance association by students for everyone passionate about dancing. One of our goals is to encourage new Argentine Tango dancers to start dancing socially. And where better than at our monthly Tango Café. We offer a warm atmosphere and a nice dance floor at a slightly underground location for a great evening.
